great breakfast, excellent location. wonderful local attractions like blackpool pleasure beach were adjacent to the hotel. room was good sized and met the criteria.

So close to coral island, 15 minutes' walk to Pleasure Beach train station. The velvet coaster, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. The property was tidy and offered good prices.
